Why can't it be spring?! I was browsing through some old photos and saw this one from last summer....it is making me crazy hungry for tomatoes from the GARDEN!!
Rinse eggs and let sit in COLD water. Tap egg on counter all the way around the center of the egg to create lots of broken shell. Slide the spoon up through the broken shell to separate the shell from the egg.
